Our On-Ramp program is the perfect introduction to CrossFit. Guided by our skilled coaches, you'll take part in two structured sessions designed to teach you the foundational movements and techniques that will set you up for success. Plus, following your sessions, you'll also get to join 2 classes to get the full experience.
Rest assured, you won't be alone in this exciting adventure. This is a small cohort of 2-4 individuals who, like you, are new to CrossFit. You’ll all be starting at the same point and this is far less intimidating. In fact, there is nothing to be intimidated about.
Our coaches teach the fundamental movements emphasizing proper form and technique. You'll also experience beginner level, short workouts, modified to match each person's abilities, and foster a positive and supportive environment to ensure a smooth and confidence-building introduction to CrossFit.
