Our On-Ramp for Beginners is your starting point into the world of CrossFit. Led by our experienced coaches, you will participate in two carefully structured sessions focused on teaching you the core movements and techniques essential to your CrossFit journey. PLUS, you get to join a class to try it out!
Rest assured, you won't be alone in this exciting adventure. This is a small cohort of 2-6 individuals who, like you, are new to CrossFit. You’ll all be starting at the same point and this is far less intimidating. In fact, there is nothing to be intimidated about.
Our coaches teach the fundamental movements emphasizing proper form and technique. You'll also experience beginner level, short workouts, modified to match each person's abilities, and foster a positive and supportive environment to ensure a smooth and confidence-building introduction to CrossFit.
