Scaling for Intensity

  • Bench Press → Reduce Weight → Use Dumbbells
  • Ring Push Up → Tricep Push Up → Tricep Push Up on Box.

Banded Pull Apart → Reduce band tension → Perform holding 2.5 pound plates.
