Sport Conditioning for Kids

These classes  incorporate CrossFit based methodologies into traditional dry-land training principles to create a high-intensity program that focuses on the development of functional movement, and sport-specific strength and endurance.  Our CrossFit-qualified coaches always emphasize proper technique before adding load or intensity, and ensure movements are performed in a safe manner.

For ages 10 to 14, this series of  1-hour classes focuses on improving:

kb swing - kids

  • – agility
  • – accuracy
  • – balance
  • – coordination
  • – flexibility
  • – strength
  • – stamina

Mondays at 6pm.

Rates are based on our CF Kids program and can be pro-rated so your athlete can start anytime.
