Free Trial Class

This introductory WOD (Workout of the Day) will:

  • challenge you
  • provide you with a good gauge for your starting fitness level
  • give you a feel for what CrossFit is all about

In this session we’ll:

We will discuss your:

  • current activities and fitness level
  • goals
  • physical limitations or injuries (if they exist)

Ready to give CrossFit a try?  No need to be nervous…..we’ll make sure you feel comfortable with the workout!   🙂

Sign up for our FREE 1-hour Trial Class.   This class is held at our Borden Ave location on:

  • Sat Aug 27th 11am
  • Sat Sept 3rd – canceled
  • Sat Sept 10th 11am
  • Times may vary week to week, so please check with our online scheduler
