CrossFit Kitchener offers dryland training for all sports and ages!

● CrossFit is a superior Strength and Conditioning Program used by thousands of athletes around the world
● Our program will challenge the athlete both mentally and physically, while improving their cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, agility, accuracy, balance, co-ordination, speed and power, through age appropriate weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning
● Athletes will learn safe and proper techniques from our qualified and experienced trainers
● Athletes will gain an understanding of the importance of Strength and Conditioning training and the role it plays in sports
● Through our program athletes will get a great head start to the season, as well as throughout the season, and will gain a passion for training that will carry them throughout life
