● Our program will challenge the athlete both mentally and physically, while improving their cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, agility, accuracy, balance, co-ordination, speed and power, through age appropriate weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning

● Athletes will gain an understanding of the importance of Strength and Conditioning training and the role it plays in sports
