In teams of 3
Buy In: 100 burpees
3 rounds:
100m Sled pulls
Situp’s
Squats
Ball Slams
Cash Out: 100 burpees
In teams of 3 partition the burpees as desired. Only one person working at a time. After all 100 burpees are completed, work through 3 rounds of the workout before finishing with the 100 burpee cashout. While team mate 1 pulls the sled (prowler/sledbarrow) team mate 1 will do situp’s . Team mate # 3 rests. One everyone has completed the sit’up’s, move on to the Squats etc….Sore is time it takes to complete workout including the burpees.
