Thanks to everyone who came out for our Civic Holiday outdoor WOD today. Two  weeks in and the vibe has been awesome at CFK!!! Lots of new and and old faces. Thanks for making CFK great again!! 3-2-1 GO!!!

WORKOUT BRIEF

* This big chipper workout has a little bit of everything in it
* We expect this piece to take between 20-30 minutes to complete
* Workout is capped at 30 minutes
