Work on Overhead Position between sets

Overhead Squat for load:
#1: 2 reps
#2: 2 reps
#3: 2 reps
#4: 2 reps
#5: 2 reps
#6: 2 reps
#7: 2 reps
#8: 2 reps

Snatch Complex

Every 2 Minutes x 8
1 Hang Squat Snatch + 1 TNG
