Back Squat 5×3

Every 2 Minutes for 5 Rounds:
3 Back Squat @ 90 to 95% of 1RM

Back Squat for load:
#1: 3 reps @ 90%
#2: 3 reps @ 90%
#3: 3 reps @ 90%
#4: 3 reps @ 95%
#5: 3 reps @ 95%

FT: Air Squat, T2B

4 Rounds
45 Air Squat
15 Toes to bar
