Snatch Grip Push Press 5×5

We are going to devote some time to the overhead position with the snatch grip push press before tackling an open style met-con. Find your limiting factors in the snatch grip then go hard on the met-con!

Scaling for Intensity

  • Walking Lunge → Reduce Weight → Unweighted → 8 Alternating Step Back → Rig Assist
  • Wall Ball → Reduce Weight → Goblet Squat
  • Push Press → Reduce Weight → DB Push Press
