Shoulder to Overhead 185/125

In a couple of weeks we will be testing our weightlifting total. Today, we will practice the jerk, something that comes into play later in the cycle

Scaling for Intensity

  • Bar Muscle Up → Reduce Reps → Bar Muscle Up from Box → Kipping C2B → Kipping Pull Up → Ring Row
  • Shoulder to Overhead → Reduce Weight → Use Dumbbells.
