15 Deadlift 95/65

12 Thruster 95/65

Deadlift practice followed by a barbell only couplet. Will you choose to see how long you will go unbroken? The goal is to practice deadlift and then push the intensity on a devious couplet.

Scaling for Intensity

  • Deadlift → Reduce Weight → KB Deadlift
  • Thruster → Reduce Weight → Front Squat → KB Goblet Squat
