EMOM 5

Hang Snatch + TNG Snatch, Ascending

Alternating Death By:

1 Min: 3 Squat snatch 165/110

1 Min: Death by Bar Facing Burpee 2,4,6,8

Leg day, chest day, weightlifting day! This is a technical day with a sneaky conditioning component. The goal is to practice weightlifting while fatigued.

Scaling for Intensity

  • Squat Snatch → 1 Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squat → 3 Overhead Squat
  • Bar Facing Burpee → Step Over the Bar → Bodybuilder over the Bar
