5 Rounds

3 Back Squat @ 90% of 3RM

10+10 Unilateral Hamstring Curl

5 Rounds

10 Med-Ball Cleans 20/14

30 Double Unders

Back Squat volume building off of our 3RM followed by a quick met-con. The goal is to squat well then push the pace with a quick sprint workout.

Scaling for Intensity

  • Med Ball Clean → Reduce Weight → Air Squat
  • Double Under → 3x Attempts w/ Remaining in Single
