Low Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean, ascending



8 Squat Clean 205/145 or 60% of 1RM

400m Run

6 Squat Clean 245/165 or 70% of 1RM

600m Run

4 Squat Clean 285/185 or 80% of 1RM

800m Run

ME 315/205 or 90% of 1RM

The Low Hang Position and EMOMS have benefited the snatch! Let’s apply the same practice to the squat clean. And then throw in a challenging met-con for good measure. This is a workout to empty the tank on, really push your self today!

Score: Total Cleans completed during Intensity, including the round of 8, 6, and 4.
