EMOM for 5 Rounds

1 Min: 1 Deadlift @ 75 to 85% of 5RM

1 Min: 200m Run

1 Min: 1 Deadlift @ 75 to 85% of 5RM

1 Min: 20 Controlled Russian Twist 45/25

Get in for a bit of a recovery workout today following a couple of challenging training days. Don’t worry, tomorrow is going to hit hard!  

Scaling for Intensity

  • Deadlift → Light Sets of 3
  • Run → Reduce Distance

Russian Twist → Reduce Weight → Unweighted → Hollow Hold Variant
