10 Kipping Handstand Push Up

A Partner workout that runs counter to many of the movements performed yesterday. This one will go long as well; however, you will break the work up with a friend.

Score: Time to Complete Intensity

Scaling for Intensity

  • Russian KB Swing → Reduce Weight → KB Deadlift 
  • Cal Row → Reduce Distance

Kipping HSPU → Reduce Reps → 1 Ab Mat → Pike Push Up → Push Up (and Push Up Scales)
