50 Double Unders

2 Low Hang Squat Snatch, Ascending then Across

We have been working on the snatch via EMOM for awhile now. The low hang has been popular amongst both coaches and athletes. So, let’s max it out! This is a great opportunity

Score: Heaviest Weight Lifted During Intensity

Scaling for Intensity

  • 50 Double Unders → 3ME double Under Attempts + remaining reps in single skips. 

Low Hang Squat Snatch → Low Hang Power Snatch + Overhead Squat
