Deadlift 5RM

3 Rounds

12-15 Banded KB Swing

8-10 Ab Wheel Roll Outs

Today is a test! We are finding a true 5RM deadlift. Come to class ready to pull heavy. Note: This is a double overhand lift with a reset at the bottom (not touch and go). All reps must include a somewhat controlled negative (no dropping from the top).

Score: Weight Lifted During Intensity
