150 Ft DB Walking Lunge 50/35

50 DB Front Squats

150 Double Unders

50 HSPU

 

Score: Rounds and Reps on Intensity

 

Scaling:

  • DB Walking Lunge → Unweighted → Step Back
  • DB Front Squat → Goblet Squat → Unweighted → Box Squat
  • Double Under → Reduce Reps → 200 Single Unders with 10 double under attempts
  • HSPU → 1 Ab Mat → Divebomber from box → DB Push Press
