Today’s WOD

4 Rounds with a Partner:

2:00 min KB Thrusters (1/.75)

2:00 min V-ups

2:00 min Box Jumps (24/20)

2:00 min Row (Calories)

2:00 min Pull-ups

Partner #1 will perform as many reps as possible in 1 minute before Partner #2 takes over and continues for another minute. Rotating stations every 2 minutes, teams will work through each of the 5 movements 4 times.

Score: total combined reps


KB Thruster > decrease weight > goblet squat > air squat

V-up > Jack knife > Sit-up

Box Jump (24/20) > decrease height > Step-up

Pull-up > Jumping pull-up > Ring row
