Victoria’s Day WOD

Teams of 4

2k run ( Teams CANNOT advance to next movement until everyone is back from the run)

Then…

200m tire flip there and back 4 times (Two Team Mates at a time. Switch as needed)

200 kb swings 1.5/1.0 ( Two ppl Go while the other Two Rest)

200 burpees ( 50/each all together)

200  med ball sit-up’s 20/14 ( Two ppl at a time passing back and forth)

200m prowler push 135/95 (one person at a time, switch as needed)
