  • Overhead Walking Lunge → Reduce Weight → SA Front Rack Walking Lunge
  • Step Up → Reduce Weight → Reduce Height
  • Double Under → Single Under w Focus on unbroken sets
  • Pull Up → Jumping Pull Up → Ring Row
