Score: Back Squat 7RM + Total Reps on Intensity

 

Scaling:

  • L-Sit Hold → One Knee Bent → Tuck Position → Foot on Floor → On Boxes / Parallettes
  • Handstand Hold → Nose and Toes Hold → Headstand → Overhead Plate Hold
  • Shuttle Sprint → Row Cals
