Two push based metcons where your goal should be a consistent efforts.


Score: Rounds plus reps on each met-con (two scores)


Scaling for Intensity

  • Ring Dip → Banded Ring Dip → Push Up → Box Elevated Push Up
  • Double Under → Reduce Reps → Single Unders with 5 Double Under attempts
  • Push Up → Box Push Up → DB Bench Press
  • Box Jump → Reduce Height → Step Up
