Today’s WOD

45 min AMRAP
Box jumps (24″/20″)
Pullups
American KB swings (1.5/1)
Walking lunges
Toes to bar
KB push press (1.5/1)
KB deadlift (1.5/1)
KB thruster (1.5/1)
Burpees
Double unders
Partner 1 completes as many reps of box jumps while partner 2 runs 200 meters. Once all 3 team members have done a round of box jumps partner 1 does pullups and so on. Partner 3 rests.
