The goal of today is to get some practice with barbell cycling, specifically maintaining power while cycling.

Scaling for Intensity

  • Power Clean → Reduce Weight → Hang Power Cleans → KB Swing → KB Deadlift
  • C2B Pull Up → Jumping Pull Up → Ring Rows
