2 Seated Box Jump
1 Hang Squat Snatch, ascending
Coaches Notes:The barbell returns with a bit of a twist. We have been hammering the overhead positon quite a bit,now it is time to test it out with some snatching. The focus of the day is an explosive second pull. Thepairing of seated box jump and hang position provides an excellent opportunity to make the conection between the importance of jumping in the second pull.
