Coaches Notes: A much forgotten CrossFit Classic, the med-ball clean, shows up today. The pieces today will help make sure you are hitting extension and improve your olympic lifting

Score:  Total Rounds + Reps from Intensity

Scaling for Intensity

  • Power Clean → Reduce Weight → Hang Power Clean
  • Hand Release Push Up → From Knees  → To a Box

Med Ball Clean → Reduce Weight → 10 KB Deadlift + 10 KB Goblet Squat
