Coaches Notes: The day, in its entirety, is designed to help athletes snatch better. The mechanics section provides a chance to delve into the overhead position while the consistency portion adds in dynamic movement via the Snatch Balance. The intensity focus for the day is the snatch itself, with athletes putting everything they have into each lift.
