150 Wall Ball (20/14)

Coaches’ Notes: Karen, a famous CrossFit workout, is a great test of leg endurance. A full squat and hitting your target is a must, so dial back the weight of the ball if necessary. Newer members may want to scale this back to 100 reps. This workout should be completed in 10 minutes or less.
