15 Chest to Bar Pull Up

10 Shoulder to Overhead 185/125

Coaches’ Notes: The push press should be a challenging but not overly heavy weight, focusing on perfect execution. The rope climb is to work on upper body pulling strength. The goal for the workout is 3 minutes per round. The pull-ups and shoulder to overhead should be performed in no more than two sets in the early rounds.
