Today’s WOD

Partner Workout:

1600m Run, sharing a KB

80 KB Snatch 1.5/1.0

40 Bar Muscle Up

Every time the KB touches the ground, both athletes must perform 10 Box Jumps 24/20

This rule applies to the run, with the penalty performed when athletes get back inside.

Coaches’ Notes: A partner workout that starts with some grunt work and ends with some bar work. A chance to practice the bar muscle up and associated gymnastics shapes will be provided prior to starting. Try to pair up with someone using the same KB weight at you.
