Coaches’ Notes: Scaling is important today to move confidently from movement to movement. The deadlifts should be unbroken (smooth touch and go) and the farmers carry should be performed in two sets or less.

Score: Total reps completed in the AMRAP (*every 50m on the farmer’s carry is 5 reps… so 200m is 20 reps*)
