5 Strict Pull Up, AHAP
45s Hollow Hold
Rest 2 Minutes

15 C2B Pull Up
30 Pistol Squat
60 Double Unders

Coaches’ Notes: Today we will work on basic gymnastic shapes including the hollow and arch positions. For the strict pull ups, build per round. This could mean starting at body weight and then slowly adding weight per set OR starting with a Green band, then to Purple, Red, etc.
