We had one of our biggest turnouts for a Holiday WOD on Monday. Close to 50 people sweating and suffering together. The energy was electric! Thanks for coming out.

6 Burpee Box Jump Over 20/16
*No touch on top of box

Coaches’ Notes: After yesterday’s leg focused day we are going into a conditioning based hero workout featuring the muscle up. Prior to the WOD there will be some time to work on the mechanics and consistency for the muscle up and find out the proper way to perform the workout.
