5 Rounds for time

12 Deadlifts 2x 2.0/1.5

9 Hang Power Clean

6 Shoulder to OH

Accumulate 5 minutes in a plank in as few sets as possible

Notes:

A little twist on a Crossfit classic. Make sure you get used to swinging 2 kettlebells at the same time. Bells will be outside the legs for the DL and inside for the clean.
