Spend 5 minutes per station and complete 2 full rotations through the workout


Station 1: Kipping- pull up/ T2B/ K2E work

Station 2: Arch + Hollow- Holds/ Progressions

Station 3: HSPU- Holds/ Progressions

Station 4: Static holds/ Shapes


Coaches will lead athletes through different progressions at each station for the first rotation. During second rotation athletes will be encouraged to explore different movement patterns and progressions.
