10 m KB front rack carry

10 dbl S2OH

10 m FR carry

10 m FR Lunges

10 FR squats

 

  • Each time you put down KBS do 10 burpees

Rest 3:00

 

Try and increase load. If you put down KBS go back down weight

 

Extra Credit

100 banded abmat sit ups
