Lower Body Power

5 minutes to build to a high seated box jump (no momentum, land hips above knees, not in bottom of a squat)

8 rounds:

3 jumping squats @ 115/75 ( land soft and at ¾ depth)

1 x through:  4 hurdle jumps (bench jump overs)  * scale with 5 tuck jumps

Extra Credit

10 Rounds

5-10 push ups

10 second rest

 

Notes: Score will be highest BJ. Main focus is explosivity
