Part 1

5 power cleans @ 80%
5 burpee pull ups
2:00 min row   (men should be getting over 600m and women over 500m)

5 box jumps
2:00 min row  (men should be getting over 600m and women over 500m)

5 min intermission

3 rounds with 2:00 rest after each

5 T2B
10 pull up
15 burpees
10 pull ups
