Russian kb swings 1.5/1.0
Goblet squats 45/25
Pull ups

Everybody runs together. After run, 1 person will always be rowing. 1 person will always be resting. All other team members will be on a movement. Person resting will always replace person rowing. Score is meters and total reps. Each team member has to count there own total reps
