10 minutes to find a heavy ‘perfect form’ squat

5×5, go every 3 minutes @ 75-79% or 5lbs heavier than (July 11/2017)

Supplemental:

Breather:

10 minutes

Teams of 3, 50m prowler sprint 2 x 45lb plates/ 1x 45lbs plates     

(Start set up:   CA               B (A sprints to B, B sprints to C, C sprints to A) * NEVER TURNING PROWLER DIRECTION
