Today’s Workout

IWT:

Phase 1

10 Push Press (95/65)

2:00 row- Men 600m+ /Women 500m+

Rest 2 minutes   x3

Intermission = 5 minutes (including final 2:00 from previous round)

Phase 2

10 goblet Front Squats (KB in each hand, holding under chin) 1.5/1.0

2:00 step ups (highest box you can use to get 60+)

Rest 2 minutes    x3

Supplemental:

Extra Credit

Strict pull up ladder

Men→  1-6 (you go, I go) x 4

Women → 1-5 (you go, I go) x 3

NOTES:

Treat this workout like a repeat. See if you can get bigger numbers on the row and step ups
