Recovery

5×10 KB Good Mornings (1.5/1.0)

* Start 1-1.5 feet from wall or rig and lower kb from the hang position until kb touches ground and glutes touch wall

     +

3 x 20 deadlifts @ 30%

     +

3 x 20 deficit deadlifts @ 30% (standing on 45lbs plates)

     +

ROMWOD (short version, can extend to long if time permits)
