Phase 1:

10 x banded KB swing

90 seconds row sprint – 35-40 strokes/minutes

Rest 3 minutes

5 minute intermission (includes final 3 min rest from previous working
part)

Phase 2:

10 x deadlift 225/155

90 second sprint – 400m + for distance

Rest 3 minutes

X3

5 minute intermission (includes final 3 min rest from previous working
part)

Phase 3:

50 burpee C2B
