Today’s Workout

ENDURANCE 45 minutes –

max meters

Teams of 3 Partner 1 = 1 minute row → row more than 300m/250m & 30 strokes/ minute

Partner 2 = 1 minute hold 2KB in front rack (1.5/1.0) or Sandbag Partner 3 = 1 minute rest

• Any time weights are put down, other teammates do 1 burpee each → to be completed after 45 minute cap
