A.Split jerk – build to a 1RM in 15 min

B. Strict pull ups x AMRAP, rest 90 sec x 4 (goal is 6+/rd)

Notes: hoping after a few days off the jerks are feeling strong and smooth. Annie is a favourite to many, this should be short and fast! All those sit ups hopefully paid off
