Today’s WOD

‘American Wallball Warriors’

35 minute AMRAP:

400m run, passing wallball between pairs as needed

40 wall balls (partner is holding a wall sit)

20 wall ball sit up and pass

400m row, partner is holding plank with wallball on back

40 burpees (partner is holding wallball overhead)

20 wallball lunge and pass

Notes: One wall ball per team, reps are split but run is done together.
