Today’s WOD

A. Go every 2 min x 5 sets – Push jerk x 1, split jerk x 1 @ 85%

B. Cindy – with a twist

10 min AMRAP

3 Deadlift @ 225/155 or 315/225 (Rx’d +)

5 pull ups

10 push ups

15 air squats

C.1 mile run/2k row – cool down pace (goal is to keep moving, don’t worry about speed)

Notes: We’ve done this “Cindy” before, it really does add a different element to the wod.  Legs are likely sore after today, foam roll, bike, and stretch it out this weekend
